Find me in the Flowers.

My Mum and I are vacationing in Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt and even though it's only been three days (technically two because we arrived in the evening) I feel so relaxed with not one care in the world. Palm trees swaying with the wind, the tranquil sound of waves splashing against the sand, what more could you want?

Pretty in Pink.

Hey everyone! This weekend my family and I attended another wedding and once again I thought I'd share my outfit. I really like the fit of this dress as it looks more much more flattering on my body shape. The thick border on the bottom of my dress seems very on trend right now, as that's whatmost of the high street stores have in stock (not that I know anything about this sort of thing hah). It's definitely something I had to get to used, nevertheless change is good.

My dad in the background is probably thinking, "hurry up"!
DSC00717DSC00795 DSC00804 DSC00557 2 thumb_DSC00543_1024I didn't have time to redo my nails from my previous work manicure and coincidently they matched perfectly with my outfit! Don't you love it when that happens? It's like finding money in your pocket that you didn't realise was there. Okay, it's not that great but I'll take it's pretty good :p

Everything is from Green Street once again. I simply interchanged the coloured bangles from Bees to the one's that matched my dress and voilĂ  no need to buy another set of bangles (unless you want to of course).

Enjoy the rest of your week!

Yellow Sunshine.

Hey everyone! Hope you're enjoying the rare hot, sunny weather we're having in London. This weekend my family and I attended a wedding and it was lovely! Upon arrival we realised the bride and groom had chosen an outdoor setting and it was stunning. I rarely wear traditional clothing, (sometimes years go by and I wouldn't have worn an outfit like this) but of course I had to whip one out as the occasion called for it!

DSC00392DSC00402DSC00424DSC00383DSC00384DSC00451DSC00444So clearly I think I'm some sort of Bollywood Superstar! Nonetheless I had fun playing around with poses, if not at a wedding then when I say? My dress was bought without sleeves and spare material was given in case I wanted I to, which i did. Everything is from Green Street which is in Newham. Lastly, shoes which are from Dune, you can't go wrong with a barely there sandal.

Hope you enjoyed this post :)

Gloomy in Grey.

Another simple outfit for today. The weather was on and off sunny, then eventually the clouds took over. This outfit choice required minimal effort, just the way I like it. Once I pick a pattern, (my pattern of choice today was stripes - no surprise there) everything else falls into place. Sleeveless jackets are very on trend at the moment and I think they'll remain a timeless classic in my wardrobe. They instantly add an element of smart-chic to any outfit and switching the plimsolls for heels would take this look from day to night.

My first blog post. Keeping it casual.

Welcome to my blog! I'm so happy to be doing this and not just talking about it. Here you'll find a fusion of everything I have a passion for, from nail art to fashion no doubt it'll make an appearance here. Join me on my journey as I attempt to blog and digitise my life one photo at a time.

So enough of that, today I went to the park and had a chilled day with a close friend of mine, a huge thank you to her for taking these photos. Who knew posing was so hard?!

NIKE SB's £12.99 at Foot Asylum - BARGAIN!
Did you know that Hackney means a horse or pony of a light breed with a high-stepping trot, used in harness? I didn't hah.

Oversized Denim Jacket - Pull & Bear | Top - Zara | Jeans - Zara | Trainers - Foot Asylum | Backpack - Primark |

My style varies. One minute I'm very feminine the next quite urban. Denim jackets are a must for any wardrobe. I recently purchased this oversized one from Pull & Bear and it adds a bit of edginess to any outfit whether it be a dress or a denim on denim look. In short, if you don't own one, what are you waiting for? :p

Thanks for reading. Stay tuned for more.
